If you are a business owner that is passionate about that thing that you love doing, the thing that made you wake up one day saying "that is what I am going to do with my life" and if you want to make that thing a successful business then there isn't a point high enough for me to get to and shout my recommendation for listening to, learning from and working with Steve

I have learnt more than I could have ever imagined from you since we started our journey together and these learnings will remain with me throughout.

 It was a great pleasure to work with Steve as part of the Senior Management Team. His leadership style is authentic, inclusive, supportive and insightful. He encourages and inspires those around him, facilitating the growth and development of those who are fortunate to work with him. Whilst he and I occasionally held different opinions on various subjects, I always greatly respected his views. He is refreshingly free of groupthink and is unafraid to speak truth to power. A rare trait! 

Steve's openness and approachability are also exceptionally well-received by clients. His style makes him extremely adept at relationship-building with colleagues, clients and partners alike. I hope that our paths cross again soon!
