"I knew I wanted to grow. I just didn’t know how.”

When Emma first joined the Elevate Business Coaching Program, she was at a crossroads.

The back story

Her business, EDB Digital, had been ticking along for a couple of years. She had a steady trickle of clients, solid skills in digital marketing, and a good reputation among those who knew her. But she felt stuck. Growth had stalled, her income was capped by low pricing, and she was spending most of her time working in the business instead of on it.

“I knew I wanted to grow. I just didn’t know how. Every week felt like Groundhog Day, same workload, same income, same stress.”

The Leap into Elevate

Emma joined Elevate with a mix of excitement and nerves. She was drawn in by the promise of practical support and a clear path to growth, but worried she’d fall behind or not be ‘ready enough’ to keep up.

“I honestly thought people would say no. I was terrified I’d lose the clients I had or worse, that no one new would come in.”

We worked together to reposition her offer so it felt valuable, not just to her but to the people she wanted to serve. She practised her pitch. She tested new messaging. And the first time she sold her new offer at double the old rate, she realised something:

Over the next 6–9 months, everything changed.

  • Her client base tripled, with new clients who were aligned, motivated, and ready to pay for premium service.
  • Those new clients were paying 100% more than her old ones.
  • Revenue increased, yes, but more importantly, profit increased.
  • She hired her first freelancer to take on delivery work, something she never thought she’d be able to afford.
  • And she began to enjoy running her business again, with confidence, clarity, and a proper plan.

From Stuck to Scaling

Emma’s now moved into the 1:1 Inner Circle, where she’s focused on accountability, advanced strategy, and making her business scalable. She’s not just reacting to what comes in anymore, she’s leading from the front.

She has more control over her time, more belief in her own abilities, and a solid plan to grow EDB Digital again, on her own terms.

“Stop waiting to feel ready. You’ll never be 100% sure. But if you’re willing to show up, listen, ask questions, and implement, even when it’s scary—everything can change.”
